ADC Control Kit는 VC-PAB 링커로 모든 IgG 항체를 라벨링하도록 설계되었습니다. 최종 라벨링된 제품은 티올 라벨링 화학을 통해 VC-PAB Linker가 있는 모든 ADC에 대한 음성 대조군으로 사용할 수 있습니다. 조제는 VC-PAB Linker를 사용한 표준 ADC 조제와 본질적으로 동일합니다. 사용자가 항체를 공급하고 키트에는 말레이미드 활성화 VC-PAB-OH가 포함되어 있으며, 한 단계로 알킬화를 통해 환원 후 항체에 직접 결합할 수 있습니다. ADC Control Kit는 반응하지 않은 Linker를 제거하여 ADC 컨트롤을 정제할 수 있는 재료를 제공합니다.
